I am new in this community. Several days ago I got my s10-3t. Everything works perfect so far (fortunately I was clever enough to uninstall immediately Veritouch and Veriface), but there is one minor problem: my screen refuses to rotate to the secondary portrait mode (in the tablet mode) either manually (by pressing the rotation button) or automatically (gravity). Is this a known problem, or this looks to be a particular defect of my computer?
I tried to uninstall Lenovo Screen Rotation program (I got preinstalled the 184.108.40.206 version of htis program) and to install the 220.127.116.11 version downloaded from here:
For unknown reason, I failed to remove the preinstalled program via Control panel -> Programs: the uninstallation process is reported to be finished, but the program remains. Installation of the 18.104.22.168 version over the existing 22.214.171.124 one makes no result: the version remains to be 126.96.36.199 and secondary portrait does not work.
I would appreciate any comments.

performing clean windows installation by pressing one key recover button will help you but before that try to re-install graphic card drivers as well.

Thank you very much for your kind help. As you suggest, I am going to perform OKR and restore the factory defaults for my s10-3t. I hope this is the meaning of you suggestion to make a clean windows installation. If you don't mind, I would ask a separate question concerning the OKR usage and factory defaults restoration.
