No multi-touch screen yet, but working sound, bluetooth, touchscreen, ClickPad, and using a 140mb OS with easy booting from USB/SD. No need to mess with your hard drive. Puppy Linux is a lot of fun.

It seems the Linux edition you are using does not have Touch screen driver
Due to unavailability of the driver you are not able to use the touch feature.

You'll see in the tutorial that you have to modprobe hid-multitouch and then modprobe evdev. Then you have put in the xorg settings which have initial calibration, etc.
