Issues with X220 with Ubuntu installed?

X220 is now an Ubuntu Certified hardware. http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201102-7303 . But, I wish to know if there are issues encountered by you or someone else? I'm interested to buy one here in Manila as I believe that ThinkPads with no Windows are cheaper.
