Lenovo 3000 N200 + GeForce Go 7300 - GPU temp ~ 75C

Hello

On my L3000 with GeForce Go 7300 GPU i have 75-80 C temp on GPU.

Is it normal temp on that graphic card ?? what's yours temp (on this same laptop).

OS: Ubuntu 10.4

it should be some information about temperature on user manual.

My last HP laptop had a Nvidia Geforce 8200 which playing games would get to 90c. I found on the net that newer chips can take more heat. Its the CPU that really cant take the heat. So the GPU being around 75 is fine. I do know almost all PCs have a CPU shut off at 85. The cooler you can keep it the longer it will last.  Any Tray like below would be best.

This is my tray and it keeps my laptop much cooler. When I play games the CPU goes to 80-83 with this tray it now stays lower than 72. So I highly recommend this tray to anyone and everyone.

I would assume since the CPU runs hotter than the GPU I would say that the GPU is much lower with this tray too.
