Need Help! ..Error filesystem ...Grub rescue

hi guys , i have a big problem in my Lenovo G470 (i had 2 OS .windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04 in dual boot)..when I erased Ubuntu with the program "Wizard Partition " and rebooted, a message says me .."Error Filesystem" a line after says "grub rescue ", that need to enter commands ..look up information in google I found a answer..repair with windows cd ..but i met other problem...when i press F12 didnt enter to setup ..i tried F2 to enter to BIOS ..but it didnt work too .. i tried some times but I failed ...i tried with the battery trick but dont work...so i need help to repair this ..

Hello Takaname and welcome to community,

The OneKey Recovery from hard disk will not work as boot partition got modified.

If you have the recover disc then you can use it else you need to boot the laptop with Windows 7 disc and first try repair the system  if this does not work then you need to reinstall the complete Operating System.
