Resolution issue on Lenovo Z570

I recently purchased a Lenovo Z570, and one of the first things I've tried to do was install Ubuntu 12.04.
Unfortunately  the display resolution support is showing only two options 800 X 600  and  1024 X 768 
How can i resolve this issue so that i can get 1366x768 resolution

Any help will be appreciated

Welcome To Lenovo Community

You may try updating the Bios and also try updating the Linux kernel

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.4-precise/

Just to be sure You need to install bumblebee package. How to here :
