I don't normally have to rmmod etc my modules to get wireless to work after a suspend, it just comes back. On rare occasions it dies after sleep, and ubuntu can't find any network devices, and then doing so is useful.  But that's pretty rare (1 out of every 40 or 50 times maybe) so it could be some other issue.

Under Debian or Ubuntu:

Create uvcvideo.conf under /etc/modprobe.d.

Insert line: options uvcvideo quirks=16
Everytime the module will be inserted with the option.
