Accidental Damage Protection for laptops outside US

[ Edited ]

Does anyone know if it's possible to add (within the first 90 days after purchase) Accidental Damage Protection to a laptop bought outside the US (in Romania, in this case)?

And is it possible to do so from the US site for example? The serial number is recognised by the US website, and a few warranty extensions are offered for the machine there. The Romanian Lenovo website does not seem to have any warranty extensions on offer...

According to the Accidental Damage Protection Service Agreement, service is only available in the US.

You can check to make sure by dialing Warranty Service in Romania at:

Thank you Ron!

Looks like there's a chance of ADP being offered in Romania as well ("The Service is available in the country or region in which you purchased your product."), but you're right, the US one won't work. I'll give those numbers a call.
