Imaging device driver/webcam driver... HELP!

I bought a webcam, installed the software (logitech c270) and am having no luck. When I go to my device manager, there is a yellow exclamation point next to the USB Driver. I tried doing all the install/uninstall/update driver, but nothing is working. Is there some kind of specific driver I need to download from lenovo that will allow me to use a webcam? I was told by logitech that that is what needs to happen. I was hung up on from lenovo. Someone please help me out.

I have a ThinkCentre M52 (8113-D1U) running on windows XP 32 bit.
