Lenovo Battery Spacer (FRU #92P1227 or FRU #42W3050) for ThinkPad X61s

I've bought a 8-cell battery (40Y7003) for my Lenovo ThinkPad X61s, but there no optional battery spacer (FRU #92P1227 or FRU #42W3050) comes with the battery. So there is a big backlash between the battery and the laptop chassis. I've searched through google and it seems almost impossible to get the battery spacer alone. Can you suggest any solutions to the problem?

To the best of my knowledge the spacer is included in the box. Was your battery purchased from an authorised Lenovo reseller or directly?

Is the spacer included in every battery box? I've bought the battery not from an authorised Lenovo reseller, but it is new and original. I've managed to buy the spacer alone (FRU #42W3050) in authorized service center. I think it would be good if the spacer was mentioned in official description of the battery on Lenovo website.
