I have had my laptop as well as the mouse for about, I would say two weeks now, than all of the sudden starting today the mouse would not work at all. I have tried to uninstall, change batteries, unplug/replug, etc. - every method I could think of, and nothing. My computer recognizes the mini-usb dongle because it does that "ding" sound when I plug it in - it doesn't install anything because the drivers I guess are already installed? Though, still nothing from my mouse - I also turned on and off the mouse, though when I turn it on the little green LED light on the mouse goes on for a little, than off and still nothing.
I was about to call Lenovo support, but decided to try here instead - any ideas?
