Mini Dock Plus 3 with T420s - any system "on" indicator?

Hi All,

Mini Dock +3 with a T420s.  There doesn't seem to be any indication on the dock to indicate whether the laptop is powered on of off.  With the laptop lid closed,  there is no external indicator on the laptop either, the lit power button is obviously hidden.  When the laptop is docked (powered on or off) the PC symbol below and left of the power button lights, but no indication as to the sate of the laptop.  Is a lamp out on my eval unit or is there no indicator in this particular configuration?
