Mini-Dock Port Replicator (250410U)

I have T500 and just bought a T420, does anyone know whether the Lenovo ThinkPad Advanced Mini-Dock Port Replicator (250410U) works with the T420 or anyother Port Replicator works with both laptops?

no it doesn't work. There are no real docks that can work with both laptops, since the dock connectors are totally different.
