help mouse

I have a lenovo mouse 800dpi optical scroolpoint. The problem is that often when I turn the pc (windows 7 64bit) the mouse is not recognized. then I remove the USB cable and reconnect it to make it work. how is it possible? how to use software suite lenovo mouse

the mouse I bought it used. so now I use it on a different computer from IBM. is a pc assembled by myself with ASRock
