Got the x201 with Win7.

 

Apparently there are no icon theme files or I have yet to find them.There are thinkpad themes but they seem to just change the background and the taskbar color. The default win7 desktop icons are used.

U can find theme file >> My Themes is your current theme. These .theme files are located in the hidden C:\Users\User-Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes folder.

And is there any special screensaver for thinkpad ?
