Blue screen no start up

Monday I got a blue screen when I was on the internet, after this Windows Blue screen my system went down.

What I did after this.

- I removed the battery no affect

- I removed the harddisk no affect.

When I push the the start-up button nothing appears on my screen. The light for the battery is burning.

Please can someone help me.
