Error post hibernation lenovo r61

Hey

Post hibernation, the laptop display does not come. i then put it off to sleep. after wake it comes again. this happens almost everytime. how to solve this?

r61 core 2 duo

4 gigs ram

128 mb nvidia quadro nvs 140 m

If you have a second (free) HDD, attach it instead of the now used HDD and install Windows for testing, whether it happens again.

Also check for BIOS update.

i dont have an external hard drive. BIOS update is also not an option for me as i use windows 7 64 bit and dont know how to use it.
