Groundhog day - ThinkPad Hotkeys Integration Package

I every time I check for updates, I am offered ThinkPad Hotkeys Integration Package which I accept.  It appears to install and tells me I have to reboot but the next time I check, it is still on offer.

Also, the blue ThinkVantage button doesn't do anything at boot time but after booting into W7, it brings up the Toolbox.

  You might try direct install of hotkey driver

  Depends on model type and OS, ThinkVantage key shall brings up Rescue and Recovery or Windows recovery menu. You might try F11 key as well
