Help, can L412 work with switchable graphics mode?

My L412 has got a discrete display -AMD 545v,

so,  here comes the question, can it run in the automatical switchable graphics mode?

Don't think the L412 has switchable graphics.

L412 hasn't got any switchable graphics. There's only one : ATi Mobility Radeon HD 545v. That's it.
