KVR1066D3S7/4G into R500

Hi!

Is it possible to put into my Lenovo R500 (2714 34G) two of these ram modules (http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/partsinfo.asp?root=&LinkBack=&ktcpartno=KVR1066D3S7...)?

As long as the ram modules follows the specification detailed in the following link, it can work :

Hi Serge1410!

Thx for the answer, but I don't understand it.

In this datasheet (http://shop.lenovo.com/ISS_Static/merchandising/US/PDFs/r400_and_r500_datasheet.pdf) the memory limit is 8 GB with pc2-8500. In the specification what you linked the maximum is 4 GB with pc3-8500. Which one is correct?

A want to put two 4GB modules to my r500. Is it possible?

you can have 2 x 4 gigs of ram modules in there.
