After downloading and extracting the driver, you must go into the Win subfolder and run the setup file from there.
For audio, that would be C>Drivers>Win>Audio
For Ethernet: C>Drivers>Win>Ethernet
If your wireless card is an Intel one: C>Drivers>Win>Wlanint
If your wireless card is an IBM (Atheros): C>drivers>Win>Wlanath
