R31 password

 Suddenly my R31 don´t allowed me to enter. The password screen had been allways there but I only clicked enter and ready, not any more. Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?

my R31 type is 2656-A4U, I understand the policy but I am not trying to change any password, I have my lap top since more than a year ago and the password screen was always there but I just clicked enter and ready. Suddenly, I don´t know how, is asking me for the password. Other times I just erased the word administrator from user id it always worked, not anymore.
