R61i hangs after login

hi
i have an Thinkpad r61i and after the windows logon the Pc hangs ! For to resolve the problem must switch off the notebook .. restart and at 50% work it after logon .
i have read this http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4YQNTQ but don't find the solution.

details :

• the crash is caused by wireless .. if disable the interface the pc don't crash
• the wireless crash the explorer.exe process

if stop the service and restart explorer.exe throught the task manager the pc continue the start processing

any help ?

try reinstall the drivers of the wireless card, and update the bios of your laptop if you can.
