ThinkPad R400 hardware question

I've found a hardware issue in Lenovo Thinkpad R400 Laptops, when you are working with these laptops they makes a continuous low noise

This issue has found in different R400 laptops.

Could you help me to resolve this issue?

CPU whine? this is a problem common to most of the recently produced intel core processors.
