ThinkVantage Password Manager

Sorry if this has been asked before but I searched and could not find the answer.

 

I have an R61 with Windows Vista Home Premium.  I recently replaced my hard drive and had to use the recovery CD's.  Since doing the recovery, the ThinkVantage Password manager will not stop asking if I want to "Save this application with Password Manager".  No matter how many times I click "Never" it will keep asking me the same thing for the same websites.

 

I've unchecked "save passwords" or anything to that effect everywhere I could find the option to do so.

 

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
