Undock L412

I have an L412 laptop with XP pro (32bit), docking detection and all drivers installed. When I dock my laptop in a Port Replicator Type: 4337-10G, there is no undock option in my start menu?

 

Also sometimes the docking USB ports don't work, but the USB ports in the laptop works.

download the Docking software and install it
