On seemingly random occasions I get the following error message in the Vista Welcome Screen:
"The embedded security chip has been deactivated. Please log in normally."
The TPM hasn't been deactivated and after normal logon and workstation lock it works again and I can log in with fingerprint.

I am using Vista SP1 and CSS 8.1.
