SL500, serial w/ Win 7 x64
After I try to install the 7zbv19ww.exe Bluetooh update, I got this message and the installation rolled back. Did not install.
Tyed with amdinistrator privilege and it still didn´t work.

I stiil have the btwhidcs.dll missing message every time the note is rebooted, any suggestion?

I had that problem. My computer denied upgrading. And when I uninstalled the old version and then tried, worked like a charm. So my tip is to... Uninstall the old one 6.2.1.2900 and install 6.2.1.3100 after that. My computer demanded a restart. After that I´m happy. smileyvery-happy:
