Lenovo SL410 Wifi problem

I have an issued laptop from my company and i can connect from their wireless router (company wifi).. my problem is when i am outside the company i can see all the broadcast wireless but windows was unable to connect to other wifi

 

Model: SL410

OS: windows 7 pro
