Hi Maliha,
How many days did it take for the laptop to come from the date of the order?
I've ordered one from lenovo canada website and am still waiting.Its been two weeks and i dont know anything about it.
My card hasnt been charged too.

Hello Ray,
It took exactly 14 days to arrive from the date of order, don't expect anyone from lenovo to provide you with a shipping status (on their own) instead you would need to call them to demand a tracking number from the carrier (which was UPS in my case). Also my credit card was charged twice but they refunded the duplicate transaction amount. Hope it helps ![]()
I think the ordering system is bothersome, someone should at any rate brief in the email that one is expected to call the company to get tracking number otherwise the carrier would come knocking at the door just out of the blue. ![]()
