Orange light blinking and buzzing noise

SL 500 Lenovo laptop 

Not turning on, buzzing noise comes from battery orange light indicator any help? tried different power supplies , tried to turn on without a battery still not working, tried by removing memory stick still no luck

This is hardware issue and suspected part is system board.

If the laptop is in warranty then you may contact the support center and get the service case log.

Try removing the battery and trying to start the system on AC only.

If it will start up, then suspect battery fault.  If it won't start on AC, check voltage of AC adapter - should be 20 volt output

See this article for how to test with a meter, or if you have access to another adapter (Thinkpad) you can test by swapping them.

If it is buzzing without a battery do not plug it in again. Buzzing is bad. If it buzzes without a battery, there is a short in the power supply or the motherboard.
