I have a ThinkPad SL400 with Windows Vista. I have installed and am using Lenovo Password Manager. During the install it sets the master password to match your windows login password. The tools work good but now when I change my Windows Login Password the Password Manager will not work. If I bring it up and try to login with the new password it appears to accept and closes the login window, but it does not activate. If I use the old password it give a login failed message.
I had to go and change my windows password back to the old value to get it working again. Now that my passwords are stored inside the software I need it to work, but I also need to change my Windows Password.
What is the method to change the master password for Lenovo Password Manager or sync it automatically with my windows password?
