SL400 with USB Port Replicator

We have brand new (2 days  old) SL400 .  When we hook up to New USP 250410U Replicator mirror mode works.  Switch to extended mode or off and it immediately shuts the laptop down and reboots.  A blue screen message appears for an instant but can't read it.

We have another brand new system that works fine.  Swapped the USB Replicator and same thing happens so it isn't the hardwarte.  Lenovo was no help todat, they suggested we run the troubleshooting software.

We have removed and re-installed the software from provided dis - same results.

Sounds like a windows driver error.

Run the "Think Vantage System Update" Program and install all of the updates.

If the problem persisits then it maybe that you have a faulty Graphics Driver that will need to be addressed.

Let me know if the "System Update" fixes the issue.
