I'm a diehard Lenovo/IBM user. I'll keep my laptops and PCs for an average of 8 years. This SL500 is giving me problems and I'm not sure what to do.
My first issue is my extended warranty expired in May. They never contacted me to extend and no one will even talk to me. Anyone know how I can get an onsite extension with Lenovo or another firm?

Unfortunately, you cannot extend a warranty that has expired. You can, however, purchase a ThinkPlus and Lenovo Care Services maintenance agreement.
