SL500 doesn't boot up

Hi, yesterday when i started my computer it suddenly shut down, no beeping sounds, nothing. 

after that, i couldn't start my computer again..

the 2 upper lights at the right are on, the other are off, and power button is on.

I can only turn on the computer if the battery not is plugged in, and i then press powerbutton before i plug in AC. the fan turns on and the lights turn on, nothing else..

i tried to make that 10 times click thing, didn't changed anything.

i tried to pull out the DIMMs and no 1-3-3-1 beeping sounds.

Can some1 please tell me how to fix this

It sounds like the motherboard is damaged. Are you still under warranty?

Try unplugging the AC adapter, the battery, and the CMOS battery. Leave it to sit overnight.

Reassemble it the next day and try starting it on:
a) AC only
b) Battery only
c) AC and battery

i tried resetting CMOS, but same result

I think your motherboard has just up and died. =/
