SL510 ----- DVD multi recorder ------ burns Dual Layer?? [ Edited ]

I know this might seem as tard question,, but, does this drive supports burning Dual Layer discs ??

I did first search the forum (the search is trully brilliant on this forum ) but didn't find the answer..

My model is 2847, serial# xxxxxxx, so you can check this link for detailed configuration,, and help me please ..

By its name, I asume it should burn "everything" but that's just my opinion hehee..

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Download Nero's InfoTool (freeware), following is the direct link if the previous link doesn't work:- infotool.zip

If your DVD burner supports (both read and write) Dual Layer (DL), then the tool will show green tick mark against -R DL, +R DL.

So, guess 2847 model's burner supports DVD-/+R DL read/write ,, which I'm about to check out later today by burning some discs ..
