Hi everyone. I am wondering if this is a quick fix problem I have going on or something I should take my computer back into the store I bought it from, since it is only about a week old at the moment.
Probably about a handful of times in the past week, my screen has just randomly gone black. If I am doing something, like watching a program that requires sound, the sound still works. Internet stays working. The screen comes back when I use the touchpad very quickly, but my display settings are changed when I get the screen to come back. Ok, scratch that...for the first time ever now while writing this message here, my computer just sent itself into hybernation mode or something while I was typing. That was strange. When it came back it also just reset my settings back to normal. (like, the color of the tabs, and the background desktop image).
I am wondering whats going on here...my first thought is that I used to have a computer that would shut itself off when it was overheating...but...that computer felt quite hot...this doesn't.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!
