sound on mute, after cold start (SL510)

Hello,

 

i have a problem with my thinkpad sl510. The mute key on the left side is getting on when windows startup logo appear. In this case I can´t get some sound for example by using the loudness keys above.

The only way to hear some sound is, to make a normal restart or getting into the "energy safe mode" and start again. After restart the mute key is activated too, but now I can turn on loudness by pushing the "loudness-keys"

 

I already reinstall drivers like the hotkey-driver, realtek audio-driver, chipset-driver.

 

I use Windows 7 Home Premium x64

 

Can anyone help me? I think it´s more a windows problem then a driver problem, but I am not sure.
