I want to run SDD on a server and have installed as instructed. However, I don't see the option to scrub now at any stage:

How do I go about the Scrub now operation?

To be completely honest with you, SDD is pretty much obselete. 

I recommend using http://www.dban.org/   Burn the ISO, boot it, and then start wiping..

Your best option would be to use full disk encryption on the server. Then you simply do a normal format to wipe the drive when decomissioning.
