AirBug aka HD Protection Software with a SSD

Hi Guys

 

I have installed all the utilities and drivers for my lenova notebook. Now my question is it actually usefull to install the HD Protection Software when you use a Solid State Disk? It doesn't make sense to me.

 

I'm happy about any information.

The HD protection software is only relevant to the platter hdd, as it will park the hdd when it senses sudden motion to prevent the header from crashing into the spinning platter. It has no use for the SSD, as it is a solid state drive.
