BSOD On Resume From Standby

I am having an intermitent issue when my T420S BSODs on resuming from sleep. I took a picture of the BSOD in hopes someone might know how to diagnose it. Windows is not creating any dump files when this happens even though I have it set to. If I can get one of those genereated I will post it here.

 

Please let me know if anyone might know the cause of these, it's getting frustrating, and embarresing opening up a thinkpad to BSOD.
