I bought a T400 a couple months ago. It's been great when it works. I have a couple of issues since I've restored my system a third time and finally it's stable. First move I did a backup as soon as it's good.
Now, I feel dumb... so I am reaching out to the community, hoping that someone has the experience has ironed out these same problems...
1.) BSOD when I close windows media player when I have extended my video to my tv. I can't get the graphics output to display correctly.
2.) Internet profile for ThinkVantage Access turns itself off every so ofte, intermittently. I have turned ALL power management from the device drivers to the screen saver power mgt... what else am I missing?
My system is a 2765 series with an intel 5100 wireless chip and an ATI Radeon 3400 HD graphics chip running Windows XP Pro.
I hope to have found someone who has experienced the same pain and fixes. Does Vista Business SP1 fix the couple of issues?
