Hello, onegai06, welcome to the forum!
A difficult situation, discussion of exactly what you are asking is prohibited by the forum rules.
No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc, nor shall any posts provide descriptions to the location of, nor direct links to content related to these topics.
Sorry, but I have to lock this thread.
Assuming you have tried entering your "old" known passwords, blank password, adjusting for caplocks / numlocks etc., you need to remember what was entered.
As long as you don't have an unknown HDD password set in BIOS, which you can remove should you have a known one, you could attach the hard drive to another system and copy your important files before running a recovery or a new installation.
If the hotline has now answer, you´ll need another board.
Best regards.
Andreas
