Bios settings, with explanation

I've been lookin arround the internet and Lenovo site, for a document descriping the diffrent settings in BIOS. does such a document excists?

Actually there is a short description on every option available in the BIOS. If you are unsure, maybe you can post it here and we'll try to explain it or you can try to Google it as well.

A few explanatios you will find in Access Help online User-Guide. After starting it  "Search" for the item.
