Brightness 15 isn't the brighest? T520

Hi, I have a T520 with FHD screen.

Graphic score for windows expeirence index was 1.0, and I ran it again after reinstalling the latest intel hd driver (mine's integrated graphics).

As the examination was taking place, windows refreshed a few times, and I was surprised to find out that at one point, the brightness of the screen got brighter, although my setting was already at 15, wihch is max.

This is not the only time the screen got brighter than 15. I have seen it on multiple ocassions when the windows refreshes (not always though). It is only temporary and I would like to figure out how I can make the screen brighter than it is now, as was shown during those refreshes.

Hi pjw901015,

Normally electricial components are built within certain spec, which preserves overhead for consistancy across different vendor, and can ensure woking in most stable order.
