Can't lookup our T500 model via "Download and Support"

Hi All,

 

Got a problem with looking up the new T500 shipped.

 

Model : 2241-3XG - how come it not be under the Download and support search ?

 

 

Product not found
No products match '22413XG'.

  

Please help me

I am wondering what you are wanting to upgrade on your new computer? Regardless I would call Lenovo and ask the same question. It's under warranty afterall.
