VirtualPC demands TXT to be deactivated in order to be used, but the BIOS doesn't offer any possibility to do so. Is there any other way to deactivate it?

You might need to turn off the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) in BIOS. Set it to Inactive or Disabled.
