Fn + F6 doesn't work on T420

I have a T420 with an integrated webcam.  When I press Fn + F6, I expect the embedded camera software to pop.  Nothing happens.  I have installed the latest camera drivers from Lenovo.   Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you have the latest communication utility and hotkey drivers

Before install communication utility it come 1 pup & show need to install communication utility.

But after install communication utility it's not showing anything & not working camera also.

Can u help me?
