Hibirnation issue and Think Vantage issue

My laptop:

T410

Windows 7 64bit Pro

ThinkVantage is up to date

I have 2 issues,

1- When I put my laptop on hibernation after x amount of hours it just starts by himself.

2-The Think Vantage toolbox show me that my antivirus is not up to date and not activated but he is. All updates are done on my antivirus.

Can anybody help?

Hello  mate,

For your first issue, Got to Power Manager in Advanced Mode. Under your current plan you can see Advanced Settings. In there make sure Allow Wake Timer is disabled.

For your second issue, what is you antivirus ? And does ThinkVantage Toolbox display the name of antivirus ?

Toolbox does display the name of the antivirus.

Here is what it says:

Your antivirus software is currently disable.

Product : Kaspersky Internet Security

Scanning: Disable

Up to date: No

---------------------------

But I checked my Kaspersky and all is up to date, I even did a full scan of my laptop to make sure it works and it does.

Before there was no issue regarding the antivirus.

For the power Manager, I did change the option and I will see how it goes.

For the Toolbox problem you can try to uninstall it and reinstall the latest version from there : http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-73784
