Hello,
I just installed Windows XP x64 on my new Lenovo. The problem is that sound driver doesn't seems to work. I downloaded all drivers from site but have a lot of Unknown device in Device Manager. Sound driver looks like is ok in Device Manager but yet i don't have sound.
Any help will be appreciate
P.s. Before few hours i used windows 7 and there is no problem with sound.
Thank you

Hey there vinsbg,
Here is a link for the audio driver that should support Windows XP.

Unfortunately, T520 wasn't designed to run Windows XP, and you are bound to run into issues like this. There is no guarantee that the driver will work well, if at all.

Yes, I am with this driver and doesn't work..

Hey there vinsbg,
If that driver isn't working, then unfortunately, it is probably a compatability issue, and there isn't much you can do. The best thing to do, is to reinstall Windows 7, which is what the T520 was designed around.

Why don't you take your own advice and stop spamming this forum; you detract, not add, anything of value.

I do not work for, nor have I ever been associated with Lenovo/IBM/Microsoft.
